Description

The history of Vermentino is closely linked to the sea. This is a vine that has traveled almost the entire Mediterranean coast to find its home of choice in Italy: in Liguria, in Sardinia and also, with great results, in Tuscany. Kissed by the sun and lashed by salt, we find the marine characteristics in its notes: salt, freshness and the Mediterranean scrub. Our Vermentino Toscano IGT 0573 is a beautiful straw yellow, the nose releases iodized marine notes, minerals, Mediterranean plants and flowers and peach. To the palate it is fresh and savory, balanced by a good body and a slightly bitter finish with almond notes. It likes to be paired with fish cuisine, but it is also an excellent aperitif.

Storage conditions and methods of use

Store in a cold and dry place. It is recommended to be consumed at a temperature of between 10C and 12C. It likes to be paired with fish cuisine, but it is also an excellent aperitif.
