This version of the historic sauce is in fact the daughter of our producer’s family tradition and is imbued with all his love for cooking. This is how we bring an artisan ragù produced with the best ingredients to your tables.
It is ideal with egg pasta, short pasta and as a condiment for lasagna.

Locanda Italia has selected Nord Salse which since 1988 has been one of the national leaders in the production of organic pesto and sauces.
