Our Bonarda Frizzante 0385 is the wine of joy and conviviality. A powerful, but fresh and tasty red, produced entirely from the Croatina grape, native to the Oltrepò Pavese, which in ancient times meant “tie” and indicated a wine to be drunk during the holidays. Ruby red in color with violet nuances, it has hints of intense and elegant aromas with morello cherry, almond and fresh fruit. It is full, persuasive, and soft to the mouth with a good structure, fine and persistent bubble and a slightly sweet finish. Try it with cold cuts, hearty first courses, braised meats, stews and hard cheeses.
Locanda Italia has selected Giorgi Wines since it is one of the companies that best represent Oltrepò Pavese in Italy and in the world. It is located in a triangle of land beyond the Po river, with a dry climate in winter and gentley breezes in the summer. Storage conditions and methods of use
Store in a cold and dry place. It is recommended to be consumed at a temperature of between 16C and 18C. It is ideal with cured meats, substantial first courses, braised meats, stews and hard cheeses.
