Description
This delicacy with its captivating and delicate taste, prepared for us by the Fonterosa company, in addition to a sweetness conferred by the red onion base, includes a reduction of Barbera d’Alba DOC and the addition of balsamic vinegar of Modena igp. It can be paired with medium or long aged cheeses. Ideal for foie-gras, raw fish and grilled tuna, it is produced according to the recipe of Chef Fabio Bonavia of the Babette Restaurant in Albenga (SV).
