Our Prosecco ITA has hingts of elegant aromas of fresh white pulp fruit and small wild flowers. With a straw yellow color and a fine but persistent foam, the taste is fresh and harmonious with a pleasantly sweet finish. It is ideal as an aperitif, and goes very well with delicate first courses and fish-based dishes. The grapes are harvested in mid-September, then processed without the use of animal derivatives and in compliance with our eco-friendly approach towards natural biodiversity.

Storage conditions and methods of use
Store in a cold and dry place. It is recommended to be consumed at a temperature of between 6C and 8C. It is ideal as an aperitif, and also goes very well with delicate first courses and fish-based dishes.
