Our Paccheri rigati are produced with a selection of the highest quality durum wheat processed according to tradition. Bronze drawing and slow drying guarantee an excellent product, with a hard and porous surface to best accommodate the sauce. For proper preparation, bring a large amount of salted water to the boil (5 liters per 500 g of pasta). Pour in the pasta and mix again, maintain them on the boil for about 12 minutes. Drain, season with the desired sauce and serve immediately on the table.
