PANETTONE

Glazed panettone without candied citrus fruits with sultanas. Baked confectionery product.

Ingredients: wheat flour, 22% sultanas, 11% icing (sugar, pasteurized egg white, chopped hazelnuts, bitter kernels flour, rice flour) butter, sugar, pasteurized egg yolk, granulated sugar, natural mother yeast (wheat flour, water), sugar syrup, mono- and diglyceride emulsifiers of fatty acids of vegetable origin and sunflower lecithin, salt, malted wheat flour, natural flavors, vanilla extract from Madagascar berries. It may contain traces of soy and other nuts (almonds, pistachios). It does not contain genetically modified ingredients. Store away from heat sources and away from direct sunlight.
