The traditional snack of southern Italy: crunchy, irresistible and good. This is the real tarallo!
With very ancient origins, this ring of unleavened dough then baked in the oven is made with a few simple ingredients. Available in many flavors and variations, our traditional version is produced by hand according to the ancient Apulian recipe and without the use of palm oil.
Locanda Italia has selected DANIELI Il Forno delle Puglie, because since 2003, in Bitonto, it has been operating in the field of production and marketing of typical Apulian artisan bakery products. The main product of this company – to which it owes its success – is IL TARALLO, offered in various shapes and flavors. DANIELI Taralli are handmade, following ancient recipes handed down in secret and scrupulously protected. Their motto? Quality at all costs.
