Our giardiniera is legacy of the peasant tradition of preserving abundant summer vegetables during the winter. It is made from fresh vegetables totallyimmersed in a light sweet and sour with a high percentage of wine organic white. Thanks to its delicacy and the non-invasive percentage of wine vinegar, it is very versatile in combinations in the kitchen and at the same time pleasant on its own, as an starter dish.
