Our Lambrusco 0521 represents the maximum Emilian expression of sparkling red wines. From the “dei” Lambruschi region, where each province boasts its specific typology, we have chosen the province of Parma and its Lambrusco Maestri. This is an intense and impenetrable red that tends towards the purple, with hints of vinous aromas and wild fruit. It is rich, enveloping, but fresh to the mouth thanks to the fine and persistent bubble. The close is slightly sweet. Emilian cuisine, first and foremost cold cuts and stuffed pasta, are the traditional combination, but it is a versatile and carefree wine.
Locanda Italia has selected Vini Ariola because it respects the best Emilian tradition and the “making” of Lambrusco in the manner of Parma. The company, although technologically advanced and spread over an area of 70 hectares, has managed to maintain an artisanal production philosophy based on the utmost respect for the land and its fruits. Storage conditions and methods of use
Store in a cold and dry place. It is recommended to be consumed at a temperature of between 8C and 12C. Emilian cuisine, first and foremost cold cuts and stuffed pasta, are the traditional combination, but it is a versatile and carefree wine.
