0832 Negroamaro del Salento IGT

Description

An extremely versatile vine that owes its name to its impenetrable color and structure. The main vine of Puglia and one of the most cultivated in our south, it is vinified in the most varied ways: both in red and in purity, as a blend to give softness and color or even with great results as a rosé. In our version, Negroamaro del Salento IGT 0832, has an intense red color with purple nuances. The broad bouquet of this wine contains notes of ripe fruit and blackberries, finishing with revealing hints of spice and a pleasant trail of toasted tobacco. It offers a perfect nose-mouth correspondence; a rich and velvety body that envelops the mouth so softly and intensely. Perfect to accompany first courses rich in typical Salento seasoning, lamb, grilled meat and aged cheeses.
